To get an Invitation to Apply in the latest #298 Express Entry draw, you must:
- Have a valid Express Entry profile. This means that you are eligible for one of the Express Entry programs – Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Have a valid provincial nomination certificate
- Have a CRS score of 663 points or more
- Be among the top 1499 Express Entry profiles in the pool
- Be admissible in Canada

- The latest Express Entry draw was the third program-specific draw of this year. IRCC has been announcing PNP-targeted and CEC-exclusive rounds of invitations since the last two draws.
- The CRS cut-off for the 298th draw is 13 points lower than the previous provincial nominee draw.
- The number of ITAs issued is also less than the previous round of invitations for provincial nominees.
