At TCWW, we strive to provide the best immigration consulting services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

Cancellations of service agreement can be only done within 24hrs of signing of the agreement between the company and the client.

1. Eligibility for Refund

All payments to TCWW are bound by the written agreement signed between the company and the client/partner at the time of starting of the services.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• If you have paid for a service and are eligible for a refund as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• If a payment is made by mistake (e.g., duplicate transaction).
• If physical goods are supposed to be delivered but the same have not been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• If services have already been provided or initiated.
• If the application is rejected by immigration authorities due to errors in the information provided by the client.
• If the client changes their mind after service initiation.
• If delays occur due to government processing times, third-party actions, or force majeure.
