1. Eligibility for Refund
All payments to TCWW are bound by the written agreement signed between the company and the client/partner. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: • If you have paid for a service and are eligible for a refund as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. • If a payment is made by mistake (e.g., duplicate transaction).
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: • If services have already been provided or initiated. • If the application is rejected by immigration authorities due to errors in the information provided by the client. • If the client changes their mind after service initiation. • If delays occur due to government processing times, third-party actions, or force majeure. • If the client is not eligible for a refund as per the signed agreement.
3. Refund Process • To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your payment details and reason for the request. • Our team will review the request within 7 business days. • Approved refunds will be processed within 60 days of the refund approval.
