While the latest PNP draw was held by Manitoba on 06 June 2024, Quebec has also released the information of a previous draw which it conducted on 30th May. Manitoba has sent out 254 letters of advice to apply to profiles to apply to three streams. These streams are:
135 candidates may apply for a provincial nomination through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, if they have at least 834 EOI score. Since, it was a draw that invited All Profiles as long as they qualified for the round, more candidates received a chance to apply.
45 candidate profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, and had a score of at least 708 EOI score, received LAAs to apply through the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
As for the 74 LAAs, those were issued to profiles that declared meeting the International Education Stream eligibility criteria.
From the overall 254 LAAs issued in the latest MPNP draw, 35 were for those profiles that had an Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code.

Quebec Draw – 30 May 2024
The Quebec draw conducted on 30th May nominated 1441 candidates so they can apply for Canadian permanent residency.
The nominations were sent to Regular Skilled Worker Program candidates, if they:
- had at least 591 points
- had at least level 7 in French oral proficiency, and
- had a job offer outside the Metropolitan Community of Montreal
