This is the second Express Entry draw in the year 2024. Both the rounds of invitations have been all-program or general draws. Moreover, the CRS score cut-off for the 280th Express Entry draw is marginally lower by 3 points. Nevertheless, the ITAs continue to drop by 470 invitations. This drop is likely due to the introduction of the category-based selections that have made general draws relatively competitive.
