Quebec Draw Invites Over 1200 For Permanent Residency!

The latest Quebec draw has issued a total of 1218 invitations to candidates belonging to various NOC codes such as 2174 NOC code , 5223 NOC code, 2171 NOC and so on, and the lowest score considered is 584. 

The main eligibility criteria that decided which candidate would receive an invitation was that they must have French language proficiency of 7 level or higher than that. So, if they did not have that much proficiency, the candidate would not be eligible. There are other criterias to discuss too, obviously. But let’s do that below.

The most recent draws released by Quebec on 29 June invited a total of 1,218 who are really good at speaking French. The eligibility criteria was that they must have level 7 of oral skills in French or higher, and their score must either be 584 or higher than that. 

Moreover, their occupation must be listed in the following given criteria of National Occupation Classification list:- 

  • 0213- Computer and information systems managers
  • 2147- Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
  • 2171- Information systems analysts and consultants
  • 2172- Database analysts and data administrators
  • 2173- Software engineers and designers
  • 2174- Computer programmers and interactive media developers
  • 2175- Web designers and developers
  • 2241- Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2281- Computer network technicians
  • 2282- User support technicians
  • 2283- Information systems testing technicians
  • 5223- Graphic arts technicians
  • 5225- Audio and video recording technicians
  • 5241- Graphic designers and illustrators

  • 2132- Mechanical engineers
  • 2133- Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
  • 2141- Industrial and manufacturing engineers
  • 2143- Mining engineers
  • 2231- Civil engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2232- Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2233- Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
  • 3012- Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 3233- Licensed practical nurses
  • 3413- Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
  • 4031- Secondary school teachers
  • 4032- Elementary school and kindergarten teachers
  • 4214- Early childhood educators and assistants

These candidates also had French oral proficiency of level 7 or higher. Also, the lowest score considered was 592. 

Also, candidates who secured a job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal were considered.
