Manitoba most recently conducted its MPNP draw on 21 June 2024. The latest round of MPNP draw invited 163 candidates to apply to its Skilled Worker Overseas and International Education Stream.
If we analyze the previous round of draws, we can see the gradual decline in the number of letters of advice to apply issued. But this time, the number of LAAs issued was much lower. We will attempt to uncover the reason behind this decline later on in this news.

Latest MPNP EOI Draw Insights
The latest Manitoba EOI draw has reduced the number of invitations sent out significantly. But then again, this may be because the province hasn’t called for candidates to apply to the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream of the MPNP.
As the draw has only called for candidates to apply to the Skilled Worker Overseas and International Education Stream, let’s take a look at how many candidates are called for and what has been their minimum score and other requirements.
Skilled Worker Overseas
52 LAAs were issued to candidates to apply to the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. These profiles were targeted and directly invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The lowest ranking candidate had a 721 EOI score.
International Education Stream
111 profiles declared meeting the eligibility criteria of the stream, and hence were invited.
Out of the 163 LAAs, 31 were sent to candidates with an Express Entry profile and a job seeker validation code.
