British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted the latest draw on 2nd October 2024. The draw issued more than 167 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates via general and four targeted draws.
The candidates who received an ITA via the general round of draw may apply to any one of the following stream, for which they qualify:
- Skilled Worker
- International Graduate
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled stream
As it is well known, the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams also offer the EEBC option to apply for a nomination.
The targeted rounds invited candidates to apply to the following streams, whichever they qualify for:
- Skilled Worker (includes EEBC option)
- International Graduate (includes EEBC option)

Latest BC PNP Draw Details
Here’s the breakdown of the ITAs issued and minimum EOI score requirement according to each round of the latest BC PNP draw:
- 81 candidates were invited via the general draw, the minimum score requirement differed according to the streams:
- Skilled Worker – 128 points
- International Graduate – 128 points
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled – 110 points
- 35 ITAs issued to candidates to apply to the Childcare category, if they had at least 83 points
- For the Healthcare category, 28 candidates were invited, and they required at least 99 EOI points
- 23 candidates received an ITA to apply to the Construction category. The minimum score requirement was 89 points.
- Less than 5 candidates were invited for the Veterinary care category. The score requirement was 80 points.
