Eligibility for the 286th Express Entry Draw
To get an Invitation to Apply for the latest Express Entry draw, the applicant must:
- Be eligible for any one of the three federal immigration programs –
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Have a valid Express Entry profile in the federal pool
- Have a minimum score of 534 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System
Steps after getting an ITA in the Express Entry Draw
Once an applicant receives an Invitation to Apply in the Express Entry draw, they must apply for Canada PR through the Express Entry within 60 days. This is the phase when an individual will be required to submit all the documents to support the CRS score of their Express Entry profile. They must also submit a non-refundable application fee of CAN $1365.
