The requirements of the latest Quebec draw are:
- Score at least 598 points
- Valid a valid job offer outside the Metropolitan Community of Montreal
- Have at least level 7 oral proficiency in French language

- Test de connaissance du français (TCF)
- Diplôme d’études en langue française (DELF)
- Diplôme approfondi de langue française (DALF)
