On Tuesday, 31st January 2023, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued 611 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to eligible applicants belonging to the Employer Job Offer- Foreign Worker stream. The EOI score cut-off was 53 and above. It was a targeted draw for healthcare occupations. You might have received an Invitation to Apply if you registered an OINP Expression of Interest (EOI) between 22nd November, 2022 and 31st January, 2023, and have an EOI score of 53 or above.

Steps after receiving an ITA in the OINP Foreign Worker Stream draw
- Upload all the required documents and pay the application fee of $1500.
- Apply to the OINP foreign worker stream within 14 days of getting the ITA.
- Receive the provincial nomination certificate by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program
- Apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for Canada PR through the Provincial Nominee Program.
