NLPNP International Graduate Category: Application Process

Follow these steps to apply to the NLPNP International Graduate Category or Program.

Step 1: Get a Job Offer

Step 2: Meet Field of Study Requirement

Step 3: Submit a completed NLPNP application

Step 4: Apply for PR

Step 1: Get a Job Offer

You must secure a job offer from Canada before applying to the NLPNP International Graduate Category or program. The candidate must secure a job in an occupation in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3, or if it’s in TEER 4, it must be an in-demand occupation.

Step 2: Meet Field of Study Requirement

The job offered to them must be in the same field as they have completed their study program in. It is absolutely necessary that the employment offered must be in a related field as they completed their post-graduate studies in.

Step 3: Submit a completed NLPNP application

Once the candidate has filled out the application completely, they can submit it and wait for it to get approved. Since there’s no fee requirement, you can just fill out the nomination application and submit it.

In about 21 to 25 days, the NLPNP will be able to process your application and announce a decision.

Step 4: Apply for PR

After approval, the applicant will become a provincial nominee and can apply for Canada PR through the Provincial Nominee Program

While their permanent residency application is in process, the applicant may apply for a work permit so they can work in Canada earlier on. During such a time, they will be issued a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP).

Once your PR application is approved, fly to Canada and start making your dreams come true.
