The NOC code 0621 is for job positions – retail and wholesale trade managers. According to the new version of NOC codes, the 2021 version, the code has changed to 60020. So, this is the new accepted NOC Code. 

A variety of job positions are included in this one NOC code. For instance, bakery managers, antique dealers, customer service managers, or even toy store managers will use this NOC code in their immigration application. 

As these are managers-level job positions, you can understand that they come under TEER category 0. Only qualified, educated and well experienced individuals can work in such jobs.

  • Managers under the NOC Code 60020 have to manage staff as well as assign them suitable duties
  • Decide which merchandise and services would be sold; determine the price of the merchandise and look over the credit policies
  • Look over the whole planning, directing, and evaluating the operations process
  • If it’s necessary, they also communicate with vendors to procure merchandise for resale.
