In the most recent draw conducted by the provincial government of Ontario issued invitations to 95. The candidates that received invitations belonged to the French Speaking Skilled Workers category. Also, they all had their comprehensive ranking score between the range of 321-374. This was not a targeted draw.
What after receiving an invitation?
These invitations were issued to candidates who may be eligible for Canada Express Entry French Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
Those who received an invitation does not mean that their permanent residency is guaranteed. But still, once a candidate has received an invitation, they can then follow these steps.

Other than Ontario, the other latest draw was conducted by Quebec. We know that Quebec has autonomy over its immigration system. The province is free to choose how many candidates to invite and on from which stream those candidates should belong. So, in the latest draw, Quebec issued invitations to 1,633 skilled workers with a level 7 oral proficiency in French language.
