Recently, 4 provinces of Canada conducted PNP draws and we are here with the latest update. The provinces that conducted recent draws are Ontario, British Columbia, PEI, and Manitoba. All in all, these provinces sent out more than 1500 candidates, and the lowest score considered all together was just 60 points.

Latest OINP Draw
Ontario conducted a PNP draw on 30th November 2023, in which it issued notification of interest to 1,052 eligible candidates. These candidates had a CRS score of between the score range of 404 – 430 points to be eligible for this round of draw.

This was the first and last draw of Ontario for the month of November. Candidates had been waiting for quite some time for Ontario to hold a PNP draw. The draw observed was conducted on 30th October, that too wasn’t for the Express Entry linked stream.
Nonetheless, since Ontario has finally issued NOIs, hundreds of eligible candidates under the healthcare occupations can now apply for PR.
The candidates also required that their work experience must be under one of the following primary NOC codes:

Latest MPNP Draw
Manitoba also conducted a PNP draw on 30th November, 2023. The province issued letters of advice to apply to 268 invitations.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba
Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 148 candidates were invited under the Close Relative in Manitoba Selection sub stream. The lowest ranking candidate scored 609 points in this stream.
These profiles declared that they were close relatives of a Canadian PR or citizen, and someone who is an established resident of Manitoba. The PR/citizen must have been in Manitoba for at least 1 year.
Skilled Worker Overseas
38 invitations went to candidates who declared that they were directly invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. 720 points was the score of the lowest ranking candidate.
International Education Stream
Under the International Educational Stream, 82 profiles that declared meeting the eligibility criteria of the stream were invited.
Latest PEI PNP Draw
The latest Prince Edward Island (PEI) PNP draw issued invitations to 69 candidates. Candidates invited were working in sectors such as healthcare, food processing, manufacturing, and constructions.

Lastly we have British Columbia that held a PNP draw on 28th November. Total 185 candidates were invited from several categories.

Draw Type: General draw (including Tech Occupations); Targeted Draw (including Childcare Occupations, Construction Occupations, Healthcare Occupations)
80 invitations were for the General category and the minimum score considered was 94 points.
As for the targeted draws, occupations considered were Healthcare, Childcare and Construction.
49 candidates under the Childcare occupations category received invitations, and their scores must be above 60 points.
On the same minimum score requirement, 29 candidates from the Healthcare occupational category were invited.
On 75 points requirement, 27 candidates were selected from the Construction occupations category.
