There were five rounds of draws conducted on 14th May 2024 by British Columbia. One of these rounds held a general draw while the other four were targeted to invite candidates to work in particular occupations.
Out of over 72 invites, 37 were sent for the general draw. The candidates invited under the general draw can apply to the following streams:
- Skilled Worker (including the EEBC option)
- International Graduate (including the EEBC option)
- Express Entry & Semi-Skilled
The minimum score according to each stream are provided below:
- Skilled Worker (including the EEBC option) and International Graduate (including the EEBC option) – 131
- Express Entry & Semi-Skilled – 107

The targeted rounds of draw invited candidates to apply for the following occupations:
- Childcare
- Healthcare
- Construction
- Veterinary Care
- 9 candidates are selected to apply for the childcare category if they had at least 90 points
- Similarly, 9 invites are also sent to candidates scoring at least 93 points so they can apply to the construction category
- 17 invitations to apply were sent to candidates for the healthcare category. A candidate must have had at least 100 points to receive an ITA.
- The last round invited less than 5 candidates for the veterinary care category if they had a minimum score of 80 points
