Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the latest and third consecutive Express Entry draw of the week on 23rd October. We already had predicted this draw and it wasn’t a surprise when IRCC conducted it.

In this year, IRCC has only held category-based draws for trade occupations twice now. Last draw for trade occupations was conducted on 4th July and even then, IRCC issued invitations to apply. The only difference between these draws is the 3-point drop in the CRS requirement.
