Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the tenth Canadian Experience Class specific draw of the year on 19th November, 2024. This draw invited 400 candidates to apply for permanent residency within the next 60 days.
Since it was a CEC-specific draw, candidates eligible for other Express Entry programs will not qualify for it, and hence, were not invited.
Express Entry Draw #326
The latest Express Entry draw details are as follows:
- Date: 19 November, 2024
- Draw Type: Program-specific

For the past three CEC-specific draws, IRCC has been continuously inviting only 400 candidates with Canadian work experience to gain permanent residency in the country.
Another noticeable pattern in the draws conducted in November is that IRCC seems to be following a new pattern. Take a look at the draws below to learn more.
Round | Day | Date | Round type | Invitations issued | CRS cut-off |
326 | Tuesday | 19-Nov-24 | Canadian Experience Class | 400 | 539 |

Upon further analysis, we can see that IRCC is holding draws at a gap of one or two days. Moreover, these draws have been mainly focusing on PNP and CEC-specific rounds, with a category-based draw in the middle.
Based on this analysis, we may be as bold as to predict that the next Express Entry should be category-based.
