Most new Express Entry applications will be processed in six months, according to Canada’s immigration service.
Now it is confirmed by the Canada immigration department that the Express Entry applications will be processed within 6 months from now on. After the pandemic hit the world, Canada stopped its immigration programs in December 2020. But IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) recently confirmed that after almost 20 months, Canada is opening its Express Entry program in July 2022 again. IRCC will resume the Express Entry invitation in Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trader Program (FSTP), and Canada Experience Class (CEC), in early July.
