There were two PNP draws held recently by two provinces of Canada. One of them was Manitoba while the other was Prince Edward Island. Altogether, 442 invitations issued, and the overall lowest score considered was just 55.

PEI PNP Draw
Prince Edward Island (PEI) recently conducted a PNP draw in which it invited 141 eligible candidates from two of its streams. Also, the latest PEI PNP draw was held on 16th November, 2023.
The first stream was Business Work Permit and Entrepreneur from which 7 candidates received invitations. Moreover, the minimum score considered in this stream was 82 points.
Other candidates received invitations through the Labour and Express Entry stream and the lowest score considered was just 55. Moreover, the candidates that received invitations through this stream required to have a valid job offer from an employer in PEI.

Manitoba PNP Draw
In the latest Manitoba PNP draw, the province invited over 300 candidates. Manitoba conducted a draw on 16 November, 2023. Also, the lowest ranking score was a bit higher this time as compared to the previous draws.
Candidates were invited via three streams: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Worker Overseas, and International Education Stream.
As for the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, there are two substreams under this one and hence, workers or candidates are invited on the basis of that.
The first sub stream is Occupation-specific selection which called for 92 candidates from specific occupations. Also, these occupations under the major NOC groups were:
- 31300- Nursing coordinators and supervisors
- 32101- Licensed practical nurses
- 32102- Paramedical occupations
- 32112- Dental technologists and technicians
- 32129- Other medical technologists and technicians
- 33100- Dental assistants and dental laboratory assistants
- 33102- Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
- 33103- Pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
- 33109- Other assisting occupations in support of health services
- 41220- Secondary school teachers
- 41221- Elementary school and kindergarten teachers
- 42201- Social and community service workers
- 42202- Early Childhood Educators
- 43100- Elementary and secondary school teacher assistants
- 44100- Home child care providers
As for the other substream, All Occupations, 100 invitations were issued to all the candidates not considered under the first substream. The lowest ranking candidate scored 809 points under this substream.
61 candidates received invitations under the International Education Stream. The profiles that declared being eligible under this stream received invitations.
48 candidates, with scores either 721 or above, received invitations under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
