Yukon Provincial Nominee Program
The Yukon Provincial Nominee Program offers two programs for individuals who intend to immigrate to Yukon.
- Yukon Nominee Program – For workers
- Yukon Business Nominee Program – For Entrepreneurs
1. Yukon Nominee Program
The Yukon Nominee Program will accept your application if:
- you meet the eligibility criteria, and
- you have a full-time and permanent job offer from an eligible employer in Yukon
Under the Yukon Nominee Program, there are 4 streams:
- Express Entry
- Skilled Worker
- Critical Impact Worker
- Yukon Community Program (this stream includes Critical Impact Worker and Skilled Worker streams)
2. Yukon Business Nominee Program
Apply to the Yukon Business Nominee Program if you are a business owner or an entrepreneur and wish to establish a business in Yukon.

Application Process | Yukon Nominee Program
The application process to hire workers through the Skilled Worker and Critical Impact Worker are the same. Follow these steps to apply to any of these streams.
NOTE: If you are an employer looking for workers in occupations in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3, apply to the Skilled Worker stream. However, if you are looking to hire workers in an occupation in TEER 4 or 5, apply to the Critical Impact Worker stream.
Steps to apply to the Skilled Worker and Critical Impact Worker streams:
- Both the employer and the worker will fill out the Yukon Nominee Program application
- The employer must make sure that the worker meets the language requirements
- The documents of the workers must be certified
- Once the application is completely filled out, the employer will submit it along with the required documents
Steps to apply to the Yukon Express Entry stream:
- Employer must make sure that no other Canadian PR or citizen is available for the job position they are hiring the international worker for
- Selected worker must be eligible for Express Entry
- The worker meets all the eligibility requirements
- The worker and the employer fill out the application form
- IRCC invites the worker to apply for Canada PR
