1. Register for the OASIS SINP

• Fill in the Pre-Application and Candidate Information

• Submit your police record, Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form (Code of Conduct), birth documents, passport, Regulatory or Licensing Credentials, and Education Credentials Assessment (if applicable) and click on the “move to next set of application screen” to proceed further. 
• In the next application screen, enter the required details and upload the additional documents.
• You have to attach the important and mandatory federal form mentioned below with the application:
• IMM 5562 – Supplementary Information: Your Travels
• IMM 5406 – Additional Family Information
• Schedule 4: Economic Classes – Provincial Nominee
• Schedule A – Background/Declaration
• IMM 5476 – Use of Representative
• IMM 5475 – Authority to Release Personal Information
• Enter the details like your settlement funds, accompanying family member (with personal details), in-Canada relatives, medical and driver’s license, and the other required details.
• Check your application screens by clicking on the “check all application screens and submit” button.

(NOTE: It is crucial that you attach all necessary documentation to your application. Your application will be rejected and your fee (if applicable) won’t be refunded if you submit an incomplete application with missing papers. If you will supply your documents after your application has been submitted, further documents won’t be considered until requested.)

4. Pay your application fee 

You must pay the appropriate fees if you are applying under the International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand or Express Entry Sub-Categories.

(NOTE: Please be aware that once the payment has been made, you won’t be able to amend your OASIS SINP or SINP application. Your application will be submitted instantly after the fee has been paid.)

• After making the payment you have to click on the “Go to home page” button. By clicking on that you will get your application number.
• After 24 – 48 hours of submission, you will receive a receipt letter.

Who cannot submit an application for SINP?

You are ineligible to create your OASIS SINP profile or immigrate to Saskatchewan if you are:

• Someone who is requesting refugee status from the Canadian government.
• Someone residing illegally in Canada or in your own nation.
• Someone who has had a removal order issued against them by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

What to do next after applying for OASIS SINP?
