Job OfferA valid employer in Saskatchewan must have offered you a full-time and permanent job in the field of your education. Your job offer must be:
– In NOC TEER level 0, 1, 2 or 3 or in a designated trade
– Related to the field of your education
A valid EmployerYour job offer must be from a valid employer in Saskatchewan. The employer must:
– Have a Certificate of Registration or COR
– Obtain a Job Approval Letter or SINP JAL that authorizes them to hire eligible foreign workers so that they can apply to the SINP for Canada Immigration.
Job Approval LetterYour employer must provide you with a valid SINP Job Approval Letter or JAL 
Language ProficiencyYou must demonstrate a language score of CLB 4 if your job offer is in NOC TEER level 4 or 5.
Settling in SaskatchewanYou must demonstrate your intentions and plans to permanently settle and work in the province of Saskatchewan.

Steps to Apply to Saskatchewan Experience Category for Students

  1. Submit the complete application for the Saskatchewan Experience for Students pathway.
  2. Your application will go through a pre-screening to assess completion.

  5. The SINP will send you a Nomination Approval Letter and further instructions to apply for Canada PR through the Provincial Nomination Program. You must apply to IRCC within 6 months or 180 days from becoming the SINP provincial nominee.

  • SINP Job Approval Letter that states your NOC code
  • If your job offer is in TEER level 4 or 5, you will be required to upload your language test results. They must not be older than two years.
  • Official transcripts stating your course and institution.
  • All academic certifications, degrees and diplomas.
  • Saskatchewan Health Card or driver’s license to showcase your Saskatchewan residency.
