| Demonstrate your leave | If you are applying for a work permit, this means you will only be working temporarily in the country and hence, you must demonstrate that you will leave once the Canada work permit expires. |
| Obey Canadian laws | While you are working in Canada, you must follow the Canadian laws. IRCC might also require you to upload a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) to prove that you do not have a criminal past. |
| Not plan on working for “ineligible employers” | There are some Canadian employees who do not meet the Canadian guidelines for employers and hence, are listed as “ineligible employers”. You must not plan on working for any of these employers.
