Quebec’s Skilled Worker Unique Policy

Quebec Experience Class
The PEQ is limited to foreign graduates and candidates who have some work experience in Quebec. Aim of this program is to hire certain foreign workers who are already in the province, and know the province well enough so that the employers hire foreigners who are already aware of the work culture there.
