Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held the latest OINP draw and issued 1,307 NOIs. Notification of Interest (NOI) letters are issued to applicants in the Express Entry pool and serve as an indication that the applicant may apply for a nomination by OINP. 

If the OINP approves the nomination request of the candidate, they can then apply for permanent residency in Canada.
