Manitoba has invited a total of 308 candidates under the provincial nomination in the most
a recent and first draw of the Manitoba provincial nomination program, which was held on 09th JFebruary 2023. 33 invitations were issued to applicants who declared to have a valid Express Entry Profile. 221 Invitations were issued under skilled workers in Manitoba with minimum score of 720. 32 Invitations were issued to skilled workers overseas in Manitoba with a minimum score of 709. 55 Letter of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued under the international education stream.
NOTE: If your MPNP application was submitted on 16, november, 2022, then your MPNP
nomination and permanent residence application will be evaluated using NOC 2016, and hence
it cannot be switched to the NOC 2021 version.

Manitoba provincial nomination program started a new expression of interest draw for profiles using the new NOC 2021 on 16, 2022. The draws are conducted on a regular basis on the MPNP’s and it requires applications to meet program objectives.
