So, these candidates belong from three streams, which are- Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education Stream. Also, the lowest ranking candidate of all the streams scored 614.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba
In the skilled workers stream, there’s also two sub categories from which candidates are invited. In this category, the total number of candidates invited under this stream are 537 from the two subcategories. So, these subcategories are: Occupation-Specific Selection and All Occupations.
Occupation-Specific Selection
From the Occupation-Specific Selection, 335 candidates received invitations, and the lowest ranking candidate had a score of 614. Since this category invites candidates based on their occupation, it is obvious that only a few occupations were considered. Candidates that declared employment in the following NOCs received invitations under this category:
- 62 – Retail sales and service supervisors and specialized occupations in sales and services
- 64 – Sales and service representatives and other customer and personal services occupations
- 65 – Sales and service support occupations

All Occupations
Skilled workers that were not considered under the above subcategory received invitations in this one. So, a total of 202 candidates received invitations and the minimum score considered was 649.
International Education Stream
International Education Stream invited 51 candidates whose profiles met the the International Education Stream eligibility criteria.
Skilled Workers Overseas
From the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 21 candidates received notifications to apply for Canada PR. Manitoba set the minimum score at 717.
As mentioned above, the total number of invitations issued in this draw was 609. Out of these 106 were issued to candidates whose profiles declared a valid Express Entry profile number. Along with a valid Express Entry profile number, the candidates must have a valid job seeker code.
