Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec have conducted draws recently in which more than 1,800 candidates got the chance to get permanent residency in Canada. Two of the latest PNP draws were held on 7th September, whereas Quebec conducted one last month. Nevertheless, let’s check out these draws in detail below.

Ontario PNP Draw

CRS Score Range: 308-434
Stream: French Speaking Skilled Workers
OINP latest draw results have sent out 300 invitations under the French Speaking Skilled Workers Stream. Also, this draw came out on 7 Sept, 2023.
The 300 candidates invited had a CRS score between the score range of 308 to 434. Basically those in the general occupations were given invitations to apply for permanent residency in Ontario.

Manitoba PNP Draw
Date: 7 September, 2023
Invitations: 558
Minimum Score: 595
Stream: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Skilled Worker Overseas, International Education Stream
As you can see, the 558 candidates invited for PR in Manitoba all had CRS scores of 595 or higher. Moreover, the invitations are sent via three streams- Skilled Worker in Manitoba; Skilled Worker Overseas; and International Education Stream. These streams are discussed below one by one.
Skilled Worker in Manitoba
This stream is further divided into two sub categories- Occupation specific selection, and all occupations.
Occupation Specific Selection
Under the occupation specific selection, those occupations which are in high demand in Manitoba are selected and candidates in those occupations then receive invitations so they can work in Manitoba.
In the latest PNP draws, about 230 candidates received invitations to apply for PR. Also, these candidates had a score of 595 or above.

- Specialized middle management occupations in art, culture, recreation and sport

All Occupations
Those occupations which weren’t considered under the occupation specific selection sub category were considered here. This means 236 candidates with a score of 640 or above received invitations.
Now onto the Skilled Overseas Stream.
Skilled Worker Overseas
If your profile declared being invited by MPNP draw under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative were given invitations. Though only 40 candidates were invited, they all had high scores. The lowest ranking candidates scored 724.
International Education Stream
All the profiles that met eligibility requirements of the International Education stream were considered. So, 52 candidates received invitations to apply for Manitoba permanent residence.
Quebec Draw

Invitations: 1,000
Minimum Score: 584
The latest Quebec draw was conducted last month on 24 August, 2023. A total of 1,000 candidates were invited for Quebec permanent residence, and these candidates scored 584 at the lowest.
One of the requirements of the draw was that the candidate must have at least a level 7 of oral proficiency in French. They also needed to have a valid job offer in the territory outside the Metropolitan Community of Montreal.
