IRCC Conducted Manitoba Draw and has invited a total of 583 candidates under the provincial nomination. The Draw was held on 23rd February, 505 ITAs were issued under skilled workers in Manitoba with minimum score between 615 and 693. 27 Invitations were issued to skilled workers overseas in Manitoba with a minimum score of 721. 51 Letter of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued under the international education stream. In the total ITAs, 140 LAAs were issued to applicants who declared to have a valid Express Entry Profile.
NOTE: If your MPNP application was submitted on 16, November, 2022, then your MPNP nomination and permanent residence application will be evaluated using NOC 2016, and hence it cannot be switched to the NOC 2021 version.

Manitoba provincial nomination program started a new expression of interest draw for profiles using the new NOC 2021 on 16, 2022. The draws are conducted on a regular basis on the MPNP’s and it requires applications to meet program objectives.
