The first PNP draw of this week was conducted by British Columbia on 16 April 2024. The province held its weekly round of draws and invited over 79 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. It was a Skills Immigration draw that sent Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for the following streams:
- Skilled Worker
- Skilled Worker (EEBC option included)
- International Graduates
- International Graduates (EEBC option included)
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker

Skills Immigration Latest Draw
There were five rounds of draws, one of them being a general one that invited 39 candidates. The minimum score required according to each stream is given below:
- 132 minimum score required for – Skilled Worker, Skilled Worker (EEBC option included), International Graduates, and International Graduates (EEBC option included)
- 107 score required for Entry Level and Semi-Skilled stream
The remaining rounds invited candidates to apply for Skilled Worker and International Graduates (EEBC option included) streams. The details are provided below:
- Healthcare category: 18 invited, 97 minimum score required
- Childcare category: 12 ITAs sent, at least 92 scores needed
- Construction category: 10 candidates invited, 97 minimum score threshold
- Veterinary Care category: less than 5 invited, a minimum of 82 score was required
