MPNP Latest Draw
Earlier on, Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draws were conducted once a week, now, it’s down to once a month. The last round of draw was held on 8th March, and the latest one was on 9th April, a difference of one month.
The latest EOI draw invited a total of 363 candidates to apply for provincial nomination through two of its streams, Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas.
Through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 276 candidates can apply for a nomination if they received a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA).
These LAAs were issued to particular candidates, from particular NOC codes, hence it was an Occupation-specific Selection.
The NOCs considered in this draw were:
- 33102 – Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
- 60020 – Retail and wholesale trade managers
- Sub-major groups 731 – General construction trades
From the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, the candidates were invited if they declared that they were invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative by the MPNP. 87 LAAs were issued to those with at least 691 EOI score or above. Out of the total ITAs sent, 81 were invited if they had a valid job seeker code and an Express Entry profile number.
