There are many ways to file a tax return. You have the option to file a paper or you could use a certified tax software if you are choosing to go for e-filing.

One of the easiest ways to file a return is via CRA’s website. Use the “My Account” feature and file your tax return easily. However, for those who would like to go with the paper filing, they can call the CRA at 1-855-330-3305 or order the package from CRA’s website.

Requirements of Filing a Tax Return

When you are filing a tax return, there are certain requirements that you need to fill. One of these requirements is that you need to provide personal details such as your name, social insurance number, address among other things.

Moreover, you also need to provide information related to your income. And, if you made any deductions or credits, then provide information on that too.
