502 Candidates Invited by Quebec in The Latest Arrima Draw

“ The Arrima Draw Will Be Held on August 19th, According to the Quebec Immigration Department.”

On August 19, Quebec invited 502 immigrants to apply for permanent residency.

The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QRSWP) issued invitations through the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI).

Candidates must have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) through Arrima, Quebec’s online registration portal.

An Expression of Interest (EOI) is a type of pre-application screening process. It allows Quebec to choose from among those who want to immigrate to the province and invite them to submit an application.

This draw takes place less than a week after Quebec’s largest Arrima draw of the year.

Invitations are sent out in response to the labor market’s needs in Quebec. Quebec invited those with a minimum CRS score of 548 to participate in this draw. Their profession must also be on the targeted occupations list. These occupations are listed below, along with their corresponding National Occupational Classification (NOC) code:

– Computer and information systems managers (NOC 0213)

– Electrical and electronics engineers (NOC 2133)

– Industrial and manufacturing engineers (NOC 2141)

– Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers) (NOC 2147)

– Information systems analysts and consultants (NOC 2171)

– Database analysts and data administrators (NOC 2172)

– Software engineers and designers (NOC 2173)

– Computer programmers and interactive media developers (NOC 2174)

– Web designers and developers (NOC 2175)

– Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians (NOC 2241)

– Computer network technicians (NOC 2281)

– User support technicians (NOC 2282)

– Information systems testing technicians (NOC 2283)

– Producers, directors, choreographers, and related occupations (NOC 5131)

– Graphic arts technicians (NOC 5223)

– Graphic designers and illustrators (NOC 5241)

– Technical sales specialists – wholesale trade (NOC 6221)

This is Quebec’s seventh draw of the season. The province has now extended invitations to 1,562 candidates to apply for permanent selection.

Quebec’s immigration programmes are separate from those, run by the federal government of Canada.

The final decision on immigration applications, however, rests with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

What Is the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (Qswp)?

The QSWP is designed for skilled workers who are more likely to become economically established in the province. Skilled workers and international graduates are drawn to the programme.

If you want to live in Quebec, you will be evaluated differently than applicants who want to live anywhere else in Canada.

Candidates who have been invited to apply for permanent selection must do so within six months of submitting all required information to process their application. All forms and documents are included in this category.

You will receive a Certificat de sélection du Québec if you are successful (CSQ or Quebec Selection Certificate). You can then use this document to apply to the Canadian federal government for permanent residence.
