On 19 June 2020, Manitoba held its 92nd PNP draw. In total, it issued 181 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to immigration candidates.
The LAAs invite candidates for immigration to apply for a provincial nomination for a permanent Canadian resident visa. The LAAs were allocated to candidates qualifying under the following streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP):
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 111
- Skilled Workers Overseas: 58
- International Education Stream: 12
Out of the 181 invited candidates 10 of them had their profiles in the Express Entry system.

Candidates for immigration must register an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the MPNP to receive a LAA through the categories of Skilled Workers in Manitoba and Skilled Workers overseas.
Such candidates are ranked out of 1,000 points under Manitoba ‘s system for human capital factors such as their English or French language skills, education, work experience, Manitoba connections and other factors.
Successful candidates in today’s draw required a score of at least 504 points to secure a LAA through the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
Candidates from skilled workers overseas needed a minimum score of 686 points.
