Manitoba has invited a total of 518 candidates under the provincial nomination in the most
recent draw of Manitoba provincial nomination program, which is held on 18th november and
125 were issued to applicants who declared to have a valid Express Entry Profile.

This time, MPNP has invited :

In skilled workers, manitoba issued 177 invitations with a minimum score of 616
In skilled workers overseas, manitoba issued 143 invitations with a minimum score of
703
In the International education system stream, Manitoba issued 198 invitations with NO
score requirement.

Manitoba provincial nomination program will start a new expression of interest draw for profiles
using new NOC 2021 on 16, 2022. The draws are conducted on a regular basis on the MPNP’s
and it requires applications to meet program objectives.
NOTE: If your MPNP application was submitted on 16, november, 2022, then your MPNP
nomination and permanent residence application will be evaluated using NOC 2016, and hence
it cannot be switched to NOC 2021 version.
