The skills, experience, education, and competencies that people bring to the economy of British Columbia are known as human capital factors. These elements aid in the province’s successful settlement and integration. The human capital factors are further divided into 3 sub-categories which are as follows:

Depending on whether you have a professional experience in Canada or overseas, this category awards you SIRS’ points.
